Milling Machines

The matress milling machine is designed for milling foam sheets. The machine can process various types of foam. Not all kinds of foam are possible. Plates can be milled in the length or in the width. The sheet must have enough body too go through the milling station. The milling cutter are fixed but the depth can be adjusted. The dust is extracted but a small amount may remain in the foam. You can very easily program the position of the sheets, the thickness and the depth of the milling below and on top.
